Dune Planting Pātaua South

The Pātaua South - Pāpuni dune planting program has shown outstanding results - clear signs of recovery of the dune system are visible!

Last year’s plantings increased Spinifex and Pingao, reduced erosion and encouraged natural reseeding and regeneration

This year we will focus on restoring the full dune ecology through the foredune, mid and rear dune by planting.
